1. Baby Jogger City Tour Double
The City Tour 2 Double is the smallest double stroller in the Baby Jogger range. It is designed for travel, and can fit through standard doors easily due to its slim and compact design. It's also among the lightest double buggies on the market that weighs just 14lbs when folded. This makes it ideal to travel with a baby and toddler because you won't have to exceed airline luggage allowances. It also folds up to the size of a travel bag so you can tuck it away in the back of your car when not when you're not using it.
The one-handed, Z-shape folding is easy to fold and it's extremely compact once you've mastered it and takes seconds to unfold. However, our tester found the auto lock to be a little confusing. As the handlebar isn't locked into position when you press it, it landed on her legs when she was using it. She also thought the handlebar was on the short side. This is particularly true when a large changing bag hangs from it.
As opposed to other light travel buggies that aren't loaded with features and is one of the most comprehensive double strollers available. It can be used with two carrycots (available separately) It also has various recline positions, and a UV 50+ canopy. You can add a bassinet on either or both seats to create a travel system.
The four rubber composite tires are great for pavements and urban terrain. However, they are not designed for off-roading. They struggled with long grass and gravel and there was not enough clearance between the wheel bracket and the wheel, so mud stuck easily. However our testers still enjoyed using this buggy and it did get up to some pretty hilly terrains.

It's a heavier tandem buggy, but it's extremely easy to use and steer, especially on smooth pavements. It's stable in single and double mode and even on sloping ground. It's not as easy to drive on public transport, however, because it requires more than one hand to grip the handlebar. It's also a bit bulky and can't be stuffed into a standard family car boot with the seat in place, however this can be overcome with some careful planning. iCandy has included an infant footmuff and a changing bag with the cost, so it's an excellent value for new parents.

The adjustable height handle and rear wheel suspension ensure a comfortable ride for kids up to 22kg. The tough pneumatic tyres, that are easy to clean, also offer a smooth ride when running. The 360 swivel wheel on the front can be locked for easier manoeuvring around the city, and the single pedal brake is easy to use.
Our testers noted that the Nipper Double was incredibly easy to maneuver, even when moving on uneven ground or turning quickly in an area with a lot of traffic. They were also awed by the fact that both seats recline independently, meaning they can be adjusted to suit the individual's needs. This is ideal for napping.
They also liked that the hoods were able to be moved forward and back, which made them easier to adjust in the sun or to provide wind protection. Our testers did find, however, that they didn't offer the same amount of coverage when compared to similar to the Baby Jogger City Mini hoods, so it might be worth packing a rain cover in case of need.
Overall, our test participants were impressed with the Nipper double's capacity to let them take their twin daughters Sydney and Lyla to all kinds of adventures. From exploring the forest for wildlife to rushing to the park to play with their friends they were thrilled. The testers were also awed by how comfortable and spacious the two seats are. There is plenty of room to stretch out for toddlers who are growing. The lack of parent facing seating and the inability of using a car seat with this buggy were noted as a drawback by our testers. They would also have preferred a larger storage space for shopping and other gear.
